60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be able to judge AKG PLUS™ properly. Every order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered.

The guarantee applies whether the bottle is opened or unopened. A bottle is a 30-day supply, and a supplement takes time to assess — a guarantee you could only use on an unopened bottle would not be much of a guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email hello@natalhealth.life within 60 days of delivery, with your order number. We will reply with instructions. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of approval and may take a further 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where Natal Health or its fulfillment provider made an error.

You are responsible for ordinary return postage. Natal Health covers return and replacement shipping where an order arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, or where we made a fulfillment error.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Email hello@natalhealth.life within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace or refund the item in full, whichever you prefer, and we cover the shipping.

Subscriptions

You can skip, reschedule or cancel a subscription at any time from your account — no phone call and no forms. Changes apply to any order that has not yet been billed.

If a renewal has already been billed and shipped, it is covered by the same 60-day guarantee as any other order. To avoid a renewal you no longer want, cancel before your next billing date; that date is shown in your account and in your renewal reminder email.

Purchases from other retailers

We can only refund orders placed on natalhealth.life. If you bought elsewhere, please contact that retailer.
