RR-001 Research Reviews

How We Evaluate Research

The standard every record must meet before it is published in this Library.

Quality Documentation

Why it matters

The Library's value depends on being able to tell established biology from early research. That distinction is a rule here, not a matter of tone.

Key points

  • We prefer primary human studies, systematic reviews, and official regulatory sources.
  • Evidence for a single ingredient is not treated as evidence for a finished formula.
  • A study only applies if the dose, form, population, and duration actually match.
  • Every record lists its references and the date it was last reviewed.
  • When evidence changes, the record is revised and keeps its number.

Library records describe established biology and published research. They do not describe an effect of any Natal Health product. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
