What Is The Library of Longevity?

How this archive is organised, what the record numbers mean, and how to use it.

Why it matters

Every record here is a permanent object with its own number. The number identifies the content, not the channel — a web record, a printed card, and a PDF can all point to the same entry.

Key points

  • Record numbers are permanent and are never reassigned.
  • Each record states the level of evidence behind it.
  • Collections group records; the code begins every record number.
  • Series set a reading order across collections, one part at a time.
  • Records are revised in place, keeping their ID and gaining a new revision.

Library records describe established biology and published research. They do not describe an effect of any Natal Health product. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
